At SGVP Aarogyam, we take immense pride in the purity and authenticity of our Ayurvedic formulations. Since our products are consumable and health-sensitive, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety protocol.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and wellness products, we generally follow a no-return policy once a product has been delivered. We cannot accept returns based on "change of mind" or personal preference (e.g., taste, aroma, or colour variations), as these are natural characteristics of herbal products.
We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: If the product reaches you in a physically damaged condition (broken seals, leaking bottles).
Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received does not match your order confirmation.
Expired Product: If the product delivered has already passed its "Best Before" or "Expiry" date.
Manufacturing Defect: If there is a clear quality issue with the batch.
To ensure a fair resolution, we require a 360-degree unboxing video for all claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products.
The video must show the sealed courier package being opened for the first time.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may be declined at the discretion of our quality team.
If you receive a product that meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:
Report within 48 Hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Submit Evidence: Email us at aarogyam@sgvp.org or WhatsApp us at +91 9459595656 with your Order ID, photos of the product/invoice, and the unboxing video.
Validation: Our team will review the evidence and respond within 2 business days.
If your return/refund request is approved:
Original Payment Mode: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details via email to process a secure NEFT transfer.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
A return or refund will not be processed if:
The product has been opened or used, or the seal is broken.
The original packaging (box, labels, inserts) is missing or tampered with.
The damage is caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.
The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier partners.
