Shipping policy

At SGVP Aarogyam, we are dedicated to bringing the wisdom of Ayurveda to your doorstep with speed, care, and transparency. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your wellness essentials reach you in the best condition and within the promised timeframe.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at aarogyam@sgvp.org to check feasibility and custom shipping rates.


3. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible to make authentic Ayurveda accessible to everyone.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to all orders below ₹500.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders with a cart value of ₹501 and above.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, the following are the general estimates based on your location:

  • Within Gujarat (Local): 2–3 Business Days.

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote/North-East Regions: 7–10 Business Days.

Please note: Delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, festive peaks, or courier delays beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can track the status of your journey to wellness in real time.

6. Packaging & Safety

Our Ayurvedic products (tablets, syrups, and liquids) are packaged using eco-friendly and tamper-evident materials to ensure they remain safe and potent during transit. Glass bottles are secured with multi-layer protective wrapping to prevent breakage.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take great pride in our packaging, but if you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer seal is broken.

  • If the damage is discovered after opening, please email us at aarogyam@sgvp.org or WhatsApp us at +91 9459595656 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product for a swift resolution (replacement or refund).

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. SGVP Aarogyam is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address details. In such cases, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

9. Policy Updates

SGVP Aarogyam reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
